1.               All equipment offered for sale on this website is to be used only for receiving free-to-air (FTA) satellite broadcasts.  None of the equipment is to be used for receiving decoded or decrypted broadcasts or in decoding or decrypting broadcast signals, or for any purpose that contravenes the Radiocommunications Act, R.S. 1985, c. R-2; 1989, c.17 or any other law of Canada or of any province or territory or the laws of any other jurisdiction.  The offers of goods for sale in this website are void where prohibited by law.

 

2.               Many of the products on this website are covered by warranties offered by their manufacturers.  Customers must contact the manufacturers directly for details, and must present all warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.  EBMN Holdings Corporation (“EBMN”), which operates this website, does not itself offer any warranties and conditions, express or implied, for any of the products offered on this website, as to their merchantability, correspondence with their description, fitness for a particular purpose, or their quality, or any other warranty under the sales of goods laws of any province, or under the Uniform Commercial Code of any state of the United States, or any other warranty under the laws of any jurisdiction.

 

3.               Subject to the manufacturers’ warranties, all sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be given by EBMN under any circumstances.
